I recently attended Ania’s yoga retreat in Koh Samui. Ania selected a beautiful venue on the island which was idyllic and perfectly equipped for the yoga and wellness mindset. Ania’s morning and evening yoga classes were well structured and enjoyable; they included inspirational and motivational messages to reflect upon. What a wonderfully relaxing day! We started off with introductions around a delicious mid-morning spread of fresh fruit, home-made energy balls and a selection of teas. Then progressed to our yoga mats in the garden (how lucky were we with the Great British weather!) for an hour of uplifting yoga which challenged our balance and strength. Ania clearly demonstrated everything and gave us lots of encouragement. The nutrition workshop that followed gave us all food for thought and then it was another hour of yin yoga where we had the chance to focus on holding poses and totally relax. Ania went to great efforts with a healthy lunch and we all left with full stomachs, smiles on our faces and the feeling that we had worked hard and learnt something new. I would definitely recommend trying one of Ania’s retreats.
