This 6-week course is designed especially for midlife women who want to feel stronger, more balanced and at ease in their bodies. Each session blends mindful movement with gentle strength-building to help you release tension, improve mobility and reconnect with yourself after a busy day.

You’ll leave each class feeling calmer, lighter and more grounded—while gradually building strength and confidence in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming.
