Service Description

This 6-week evening course is designed for midlife women who want to feel stronger, more flexible and more at ease in their bodies. Each session combines gentle flow with strength-building movements to help you release tension from the day, improve mobility and support your body through midlife changes. The focus is on moving in a way that feels good—without pressure or overwhelm. You’ll gradually build strength, stability and confidence, while also creating space to slow down, breathe and reset. With small group sizes, you’ll receive personal guidance in a warm and supportive environment. You’ll leave each class feeling calmer, lighter and more balanced—both physically and mentally.

Cancellation Policy

Strong & Sculpted Yoga – Terms & Conditions 1. Booking & Payment All courses must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your place. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Course Commitment Strong & Sculpted Yoga is a 6-week small-group programme, not a drop-in class. By booking, you are committing to the full course. Missed sessions cannot be refunded or carried over. 3. Cancellations & Refunds All course bookings are non-refundable. Due to the limited number of places and the nature of small-group programmes, refunds are not available once a booking has been made. In exceptional circumstances, and at the teacher’s discretion, a credit towards a future course may be offered. This is not guaranteed and is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Places cannot be transferred to another person. 4. Minimum Numbers Courses require a minimum of 4 participants to run. If minimum numbers are not reached, you will be offered: a full refund, or the option to transfer to another course or time (if available). 5. Health & Responsibility You are responsible for ensuring that you are medically fit to participate. Please inform the teacher of any injuries, medical conditions or changes in health before the course begins. All movement is undertaken at your own risk, and you agree to practise within your own limits. 6. Teacher Cancellations In the unlikely event that a session needs to be cancelled by the teacher, an alternative date or appropriate credit will be offered. 7. Acceptance of Terms By booking your place, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
