YOGA SCULPT CLASS - 60 MINS
Service Description
Yoga Sculpt class will tone and strengthen your whole body. We will combine yoga flow with (optional) weights and bands and Pilates to work your whole body. Modifications for all ability levels provided. Sculpt a beautiful body, improve your posture and work those core muscles!

Cancellation Policy
Yoga Class Cancellation Policy Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made more than 24 hours before class: You can reschedule for another class (subject to availability). Cancellations within 24 hours of class: No refund or reschedule, unless the spot can be filled. No-shows: No refunds or rescheduling. Class Packages (if applicable) If you have a class pack, missed classes within 24 hours are deducted from the package. Instructor Cancellations If I need to cancel a class, students will receive a full refund or credit towards a future session.
