About Ania
Ania is a certified yoga teacher and holistic wellness coach who specialises in supporting women through perimenopause and midlife transitions. She combines movement, breathwork, and practical lifestyle guidance to help women reduce stress, balance hormones, and feel energised and confident in their bodies again.
What to Expect
Each week blends gentle yoga, breathwork, mindfulness practices, and education about the midlife body — helping you release tension and build resilience from the inside out.
