A 6-week small-group, strength-based yoga (+ optional light weights) programme for women who want to feel strong, supported and confident in their bodies.
If you’re a woman in your 40s, 50s or early 60s and you’ve noticed that your body doesn’t quite respond the way it used to — this programme is for you.
Strong & Sculpted Yoga is designed to help you:

Flexibility between groups
If you’re unable to attend your usual session one week, you may attend the other group if space is available.
This option is offered on an occasional, space-permitting basis and cannot be guaranteed.
Priority is always given to participants booked into that session.

ABOUT YOUR TEACHER
You’ll be guided by Ania, a yoga teacher, certified menopause yoga teacher, and wellness, nutrition and menopause coach.
Ania specialises in supporting women through hormonal change, helping them build strength, confidence and sustainable health through intelligent movement and lifestyle support.
Her teaching style is calm, encouraging and practical — focused on helping women feel capable, strong and at home in their bodies.
